• Good command of English in speaking, listening, reading, and writing.
• Able to drive with a valid personal driver's license.
• Presentable appearance with a service-minded attitude; responsible, honest, and trustworthy.
• Strong presentation and problem-solving skills; detail-oriented and meticulous.
• Candidates with background or experience in relevant industries (real estate, construction, furniture, or interior design) will be given special consideration.
• Must be able to provide a security deposit of 20,000 THB or have a guarantor (government officer level C8+ or private employee with salary 50,000 THB+).

• Present and promote interior design products to general customers, including those interested in home, office, condominium, or other property renovations in Phuket and nearby provinces.
• Build strong connections with existing clients and expand the new customer base to achieve sales targets set by the company.
• Manage and coordinate with customers throughout the sales process—from initial contact to completion—including after-sales service.
• Prepare sales-related documents such as quotations and sales contracts.
• Create and submit sales reports, providing updates on project progress to supervisors.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
